1. Physical Products

Customers can cancel their order for physical products within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email with the following details:

• Order ID
• Full Name

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and confirm the cancellation.

Please note:

• Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellations cannot be made after the 24-hour window has passed

2. Digital Products

Cancellations are not accepted for digital products. All sales of digital downloadable files are final and non-refundable.
